In most horror movies the storyline will be about some one who will be killing people but at the end that person will be cause and this person can be a men or woman. In most horrors the killer will either be serial killer, zombies, vimpires, ghosts, masked people or even invisible things. The killer will not be only a human, because in some horrors movies it can be animals or things that don't exist, they will be computer generated images but these are rare cases. Examples are below :
When it comes to setting or location, these horror movies can be unpredictable. The most common location for horror is a grave yard.
